D. Kishore, the producer of the sensational hit of the year 2005 - 'Athadu', directed by Trivikram Srinivas with 'Prince' Maheshbabu and Trisha in lead roles, has decided to celebrate the silver jubilee (25 weeks) run of the film at Sudarshan 35 mm theatre at RTC crossroads on January 31, 2006. Superstar Krishna will be the chief guest at the function. MS Raju, N. Ramalingeswara Rao, Murali Mohan, Gunasekhar and Trivikram Srinivas, are among the others who will attend it. 'Murari' and 'Okkadu' are the other Maheshbabu starrers that celebrated a 25-week run at the theatre.
The film has collected a gross of Rs. 1 crore and 4 lakhs in Sudarshan 35 mm theatre alone. The following is the break-up of what the film has collected over a 20-week period.
